The service

EdiX provides interactive stream overlays and chat games for Kick streamers, delivered as OBS browser sources and a web dashboard. The service is provided "as is".

Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and connect only a channel you own. One Kick channel per account (Team plans may add more).

Plans & billing

Free, Pro and Team plans are billed monthly via PayPal, or bought as a one-time term (1, 3 or 12 months) paid in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH or USDT). PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Cryptocurrency payments buy a fixed term and are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the network. Complimentary plans may be changed or revoked.

Acceptable use

No abuse of the games or points system, harassment, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt the service or other channels. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

The browser extension

The EdiX extension for Kick is part of the service and these terms cover it. It does nothing on kick.com until you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Its moderation tools act with rights you already hold on Kick — a ban, timeout or role change it performs is your action, taken under your own account, and you are responsible for it; use them only in channels where you hold those rights. You can withdraw your acceptance from the extension's popup, disconnect it from your dashboard, or remove it from your browser, at any time.

Recording and downloads

The extension can save a VOD you can already watch, or record a stream while it plays. It removes no protection and unlocks nothing you do not already have access to — but what you are allowed to keep is between you and the rights holder. Download or record only content you have the rights to save, and do not republish someone else's stream without their permission.

Your content

Your channel data belongs to you. You grant us the rights needed to host and display it as part of operating the service.

Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. EdiX is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kick.

How we handle your data — including cookies and optional, consent-based analytics — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
